About

Field experience that turns into results

Salem Al-Salem started his career in 1996 and spent nearly twenty years at Adwaa Al-Nahar as executive director and project manager, overseeing large operations, maintenance and cleaning projects for public and private clients.

He then moved from management into ownership. Today he is a partner at Al Jawad Services and Rock Rush Facility Management, and advises companies preparing to take over and run large projects.
